What began as separate paths came together into a shared way of building. One focused on execution, structure, and residential construction. The other grounded in design, detail, and how a space feels when it’s finished.

Together, it creates a more complete way to build a home.

Meet Bryce

Bryce brings over a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, having built dozens of new homes from the ground up before launching Fairspring.

His strength is in seeing both the big picture and the details at the same time. Managing multiple moving parts. Solving problems as they arise. Keeping projects on track while maintaining a high standard of quality.

He leads each project with clarity, structure, and a strong commitment to communication.

Meet Michaela

Michaela approaches every project through the lens of design.

With a background rooted in creative work, she brings a trained eye to how a home comes together as a whole. Not just interiors, but how the exterior, materials, layout, and surrounding space all connect.

Her role is to guide the design so that every decision feels intentional and cohesive.

Their Story

What started as a shared renovation project became something more.

Working together revealed a natural alignment. One focused on building. One focused on design. Both committed to doing things well.

Rather than blending roles, they built a structure where each could lead in their own lane. That clarity is what allows projects to run smoothly and clients to feel supported throughout the process.

They’re now building homes across Idaho and the Treasure Valley, bringing that same level of intention and collaboration to every project.
