This is where we design and build the home together. We build custom homes throughout the Treasure Valley, guiding the process from early planning through construction and into the final details that make the home feel finished and ready to live in.

Design Services
Through Fairspring Custom Homes, design is integrated into every custom build, led in partnership with Michaela Farwell, owner of Fairspring Design. This ensures each home is considered as a whole, from structure to finishes.
These services are available throughout the Treasure Valley and the Seattle Eastside area.

A fully developed and installed design. We guide the design of your space and carry it through to furnishing, sourcing, delivery, and installation so everything feels finished and intentional.

A complete design plan without furnishing installation. We develop layouts, selections, and material direction so your space is cohesive and ready to be executed.

For spaces that need to be completed. We curate and source furnishings, coordinate delivery, and oversee placement so everything comes together in a way that feels natural and complete.
For projects outside of new construction, Michaela offers design services through Fairspring Design. This includes remodels, updates to existing homes, and commercial spaces like offices.
