Most builders focus on construction first and bring in design later, if at all. Most designers step in after the major decisions are already made. We do both from day one, so nothing gets bolted on or worked around after the fact.

We don't build in volume. As a custom home builder in the Treasure Valley, we take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets the attention it needs.
Design and construction move together throughout the design-build process, not in separate phases handed off between different companies. That means fewer surprises, fewer conflicts between what was designed and what can actually be built, and a finished home that feels complete rather than assembled in pieces.
